Hello just want to say that smile care dental in Lowell, mass has a great team on site  i was very very nervous and with alot of panics attacks due to the fact of  last dental experience in a Lawrence dentist were i wouldn't num i felt pain so bad that I left running and nevered went to a dentist for 10 year . But with smile once I got there I felt so so at home there reception rep name Erica was so sweet and made me feel so safe and welcome.  We spoke about the bad experiences topic were she made me feel so safe and welcome she was so good with her customers service skills wow God bless her she is great at making you feel welcome and safe. All I ask for my referral and x-rays  and she was so good over the phone two awesome worker so thank you so much Erica for making me feel welcome and safe smile has a wonderful smart person may she be bless for being a great employer.  Then it was time to see the dentist she was so nice and made me feel nice and calm and me a 100 percent diagnose love her to she also made my  not nervous and safe allso the male tec. The one that took my dentures in impressions was great to office was update equipment conferble and clean this place is great I highly recommend this dentist office in lowell,mass so if you suffer form dentists panics attacks please visit this location of smile care dentist in Lowell  ma. I called across Point Family Dental and Carolina was great, super friendly for me scheduled right away and answered my questions. At my appointment, I met Lucy at the Front Desk was so welcoming, Mallleni did my X-ray she was amazing too, Dr Isayev explained everything clearly after the X-ray and before extraction.  My tooth was not an easy one but Dr handled it with so much care and kept letting me know everything he was doing. The whole team at Cross Point is incredible and they truely care. Best dental experience I have ever had. I highly recommend if you need urgent or routine care with or without Insurance they have EZ Smile the plan which’s affordable.
